Terms of Service

Products

We sell digital products including AI agent configurations, templates, skills, and software tools. Products are created with the assistance of AI systems. Products are provided "as is" — we do not guarantee specific results.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

License

You receive a license to use the product, not ownership. Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual for the version purchased.

You may: Use and modify the product for the scope covered by your license tier (personal or commercial, as specified on the product page).

You may not: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product. You may not use the product to create a competing product for resale.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final once delivered. We will refund if a product is materially different from its description or has a defect we cannot fix. To request a refund, email support@phoenixprime.me within 14 days of purchase.

EU/UK consumers: By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free, compatible with all environments, or produce specific outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in our products. Your purchase is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
